Admission of Freshman Students

Applicants for admission must complete a secondary-school program or receive satisfactory scores in a high school equivalency examination. Recommended preparation includes 16 academic units of study distributed among English, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Foreign Languages.

Special consideration is given to veterans and other nontraditional students whose educational backgrounds may vary from the recommended program but who show promise of the ability to do college-level work.
