CS Introduction to New Media
This course will introduce students to all three aspects of new media studies: criticism, history, and practice. To this end, students will be exposed to old media and then examine and analyze new media formats employed by professionals. Instruction will also involve working knowledge to some of the most recent video and audio technologies. Weekly readings, class discussion, and independent research will be assigned.
