t-DPT Admissions Requirements
The physical therapist who has previously received an entry-level Bachelors or Masters physical therapy degree can make application to the Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Upon successful completion of the Doctor of Physical Therapy curriculum, the student will be awarded a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
All applicants are required to submit the Graduate Application which can be found here, and your official transcript(s) of physical therapy education or certified copies. You must also send us a copy of your U.S. physical therapy license, your curriculum vitae (resume), three letters of recommendation, and a written statement of intent/goals.
