The Chronicle of Higher Education Lists Dominican College Among Fastest Growing Campuses
In its Almanac of Higher Education 2011, The Chronicle published a list of national universities and colleges that had shown significant growth between 2004 and 2009. The Chronicle based their rankings on total head count of full and part time students and undergraduate and graduate students, data the publication obtained from the US Department of Education.
Categories used to classify institutions were the same as those issued by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching in 2005. In the "Private nonprofit master's" category, Dominican College was listed as number 15 with an enrollment increase of 48% between 2004 and 2009.
